Copperflower

Flower type: Annual (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.5 feet (46 cm) tall. Its copper stem is very thin, and the tiny, lime green leaves are broad, flat with rounded edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Two giant flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with petals that are peach in the center, blood red in the middle and green at the edges. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals in raised layers. They are sturdy.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like cheap aftershave, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
