Amberfir

This large tree grows up to 64 meters (210.0 feet) tall and lives for over 2,000 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 2133 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a stocky, straight trunk covered in thick, wrinkled, yellow-brown bark, and inside, the flexible wood is dark brown.

The branches are short and thick, with hundreds of twigs covered with sparse amounts of small, orange-yellow needles. The needles themselves are sturdy.

In late summer it produces giant, amber berries.

The roots are shallow and widely spread, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between them filled with thick undergrowth.
