Browngrass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its stem)This small, slate grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in sparse patches that are delicate.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, dark brown tuft.
During the late summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.
