Amber
Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This large tree grows up to 86 meters (282.2 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 171 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a slender, straight trunk covered in fine, ridged, dark brown bark, and inside, the flexible wood is light brown.
The numerous branches are very short, thin and wispy and are covered with thick bunches of soft, small, spear shaped leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in amber and gold varieties.
In late summer it forms giant, deep orange, shelled seeds.
The roots are thick and spread across the surface, as well as underground, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.
Forests of this species feature trees spaced far apart, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
