Silver Olive Grass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small, silver grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in sparse patches that are strong.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, olive tail.
During the late summer, it produces a modest amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
