Silvervine

This large shrub grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall and lives for around 40 years. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has several sturdy, straight stems covered in hard, rough, silver and white bark, and the wood inside is white.

The branches trail down across the ground with dozens of twigs that and are covered with small amounts of tiny, 9 pointed, leaves with ripped edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of red that gradient shifts to gentle yellow at the top, resistant and smooth.

It produces thick bunches of tiny, pink flowers with flame-shaped petals with a tube-like floral cup. They are sturdy and have a strong scent that smells like vanilla. In late autumn it forms medium-sizedgold seed pods.
