Golden Vine

This giant vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 827 feet (252.1 meters) and growing as high as 480 feet (146.3 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 9 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) and are rough and woody.

The needle-like, fuzzy leaves reach up to 2.2 feet (66 cm) in length. They are orange and gold, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces bunches of average red flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of large berries.
