Azurevine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 32 feet (9.8 meters) and growing as high as 674 feet (205.4 meters).
It takes 8 months for the lilac stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and slick.
The pleated, waxy leaves reach up to 8 inches (20 cm) in length. They are either azure or washed-out blue, with cream streaks, and have wavy edges.
During late spring, the bine produces several colossal washed-out blue flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces a few very large seed pods.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
