Brownvine

This short flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its hazel stem is very thick and straight, and the miniature, dark brown leaves are stiff, pointed with ripped edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Many medium-sized flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 13 cm (5.1 inches) wide, with solid brown petals decorated with black dots and a olive central disk. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals in raised layers. They fall easily.

It has a powerful scent that smells like grass cuttings, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by one species of insect in particular.
