Copper Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 7 feet (2.1 meters) and growing as high as 708 feet (215.8 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 7 months for the caramel or copper stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are tough and woody.
The asymmetrical, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are a shade of gray-green that gradient shifts to aquamarine at the top, and have toothed edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces large amounts of small silver flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces a modest amount of large seed pods.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
