Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This large leaf succulent grows up to 106 feet (32.3 meters) tall. The slender, pointed stem is peach, and is covered in brittle yellow spines. The tattered-edged, asymmetrical leaves are a shade of yellow that gradient shifts to slate at the top. Large amounts of them grow from the base like blades of grass. The leaves are durable, but easily come away when pulled.

It is very fast growing, taking 2 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are cream in the center, amber in the middle and bronze at the edges grows at the top, reappearing after 3 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is largely flat with many tightly layered round-tipped petals. It has a strong scent that smells like new books.

The leaf succulent's skin is rock-hard, the silver flesh is smooth, and the red sap is thin.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
