Burgundy vine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 8 feet (2.4 meters)0.

It takes 3 months for the burgundy stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The finger-like, smooth leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are cream and cyan, and have rounded edges.

During late spring, the bine produces many balls of average yellow flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of tiny seed pods.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
