Tree type: Deciduous (Grows and flowers repeatedly for more than two years)This colossal tree grows up to 143 meters (469.2 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 664 years old. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together, with grassy ground between them.
