Twistvine

This colossal shrub grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall and lives for around 88 years. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous slender, twisting stems covered in thin, silky, yellow bark, and the wood inside is pale yellow.

The branches trail down to the ground that and are covered with handfuls of large, perforated, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are solid hazel with magenta splotches, resistant and clammy.

In early summer it produces dozens of large, cream flowers with 5 circular shaped petals. They are hardy and have a delicate scent that smells like cherry.
