Crimson Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 10 feet (3.0 meters) and growing as high as 807 feet (246.0 meters).
It takes 2 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are tough and woody.
The asymmetrical, fuzzy leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are light brown and crimson, and have serrated edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces lots of tiny yellow flowers.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
Several parts of the tree have medicinal properties.
