Sky Blue Moss

This sky blue or aquamarine moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In rainy mountain ranges, and In heathlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly light; it dislikes being stepped on.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
