Emerald Flame Moss

This green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In bogs, In damp forests, and In heathlands.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is overwhelmingly delicate; it takes a lot of damage when trodden on.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores.
