Copper Tuft Grass

This large, red grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in sparse patches that are prone to bending and snapping under stress.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, copper tuft.

During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.
