Ardentia Tree

This massive tree grows up to 97 meters (318.3 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 68 years old. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has a very thick, angular trunk covered in paper-thin, rough, yellow bark, and inside, the dense wood is pale brown.

The branches are long and thin and are covered with thick bunches of rough, small, spear shaped leaves with ripped edges. The leaves themselves are peach on the edges and slate at the center.

In late summer it forms medium-sized, red berries.

The roots are shallow and widely spread, and overall the tree is sturdy and difficult to uproot.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with patches of undergrowth between them.
