Climbing Azuredale

This short vine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters) and growing as high as 880 feet (268.2 meters).

It takes 5 months for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The stiff, pointed, waxy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are solid azure with ashy red splotches, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the vine produces balls of small dark brown flowers.
