Turquoise Spikegrass

This short, olive and green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The wispy stalks grow in thick clumps that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, turquoise spikelet.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of large grains.
