Clinging Arborfir

Tree type: Coniferous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short tree grows up to 4 meters (13.1 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 51 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a stocky, angular trunk covered in thick, smooth, light brown bark, and inside, the very light wood is burgundy-brown.

The abundance of branches are tall, rigid and upright, with thousands of twigs covered with very large amounts of huge, emerald needles. The needles themselves are durable.

In late summer it produces small, pale green aril (seeds with fleshy covers).

The roots spread far and go deep underground, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with the space between filled with undergrowth.

It is suitable for making strong rope
