Crimsonvine

This colossal bine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 2,226 feet (678.5 meters) and growing as high as 983 feet (299.6 meters).

It takes 2 years for the burgundy stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1.8 feet (53 cm) and are rough and prickly.

The finger-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 3.3 feet (99 cm) in length. They are crimson at the bottom and purple with lilac zig-zags at the top, and have smooth edges.
