Copper Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This big vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 457 feet (139.3 meters) and growing as high as 146 feet (44.5 meters).

It takes 10 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are rough and fibrous.

The circular, sticky leaves reach up to 2.2 feet (66 cm) in length. They are aquamarine on the sides and copper at the center, and have serrated edges.

During late spring, the vine produces thick bunches of average aquamarine flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces a few small fruits.
