Copperbell

Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short flower grows up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. Its copper stem is thick, and the tiny, violet leaves are long, narrow with wavy edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

Lots of medium-sized flowers grow in a bunch at the end of the stem. The flowers are 1 cm (0.4 inches) wide, with each petal a slightly different shade of beige. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 30 curved petals. They detach easily.

It has an intense scent that smells like mint, and it has a fair amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
