Crimson Tail Grass

This large, burgundy grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stalks grow in sparse patches that are strong and tough and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, crimson tail.

During the mid-autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few small grains.
