Emerald

This lime green moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In bogs, On rotten logs, and On trees.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly rigid.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
