Burgundy Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This big, burgundy grass grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in large clumps that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, sky blue puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of giant grains.

It is suitable for making paper
The leaves are bitter, but very healthy.
It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
