Bronzeleaf
Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This short tree grows up to 2 meters (6.6 feet) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 140 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has a branched, straight trunk covered in waxy, black bark, and inside, the light wood is white with black speckles.
The abundance of branches trail down towards the ground and are covered with sparse amounts of clammy, huge, fan-like leaves with toothed edges. The leaves themselves are solid bronze with purple dots.
In late summer it forms tiny, cream, shelled seeds.
The roots are fine and grow in a large web, and overall the tree is rigid and weak, and breaks apart easily.
Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with clear space between them.
It commonly grows in large patches.
