Bloodvine

This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 31 feet (9.4 meters) and growing as high as 524 feet (159.7 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 15 months for the blood red stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The cylindrical, crispy leaves reach up to 7 inches (18 cm) in length. They are either deep green or beige, with silver streaks, and have jagged edges.
