Coppervine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This modest-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 40 feet (12.2 meters) and growing as high as 33 feet (10.1 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 4 years for the copper stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The very thick, sticky leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are hazel and caramel, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the vine produces large amounts of average amber flowers.
