Yellowvine

This short flower grows up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. Its gray stems grow in bunches of 5 and are wispy and straight, and the miniature, yellow-green leaves are wispy with smooth edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Around 30 large flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with yellow petals and a yellow center. The flower head is largely flat with 51 raised round-tipped petals. They are hardy.

It has the faintest scent that smells like skunk spray, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by insects , but only one species in particular.
