Crimson Spiral Grass

Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This short, gray-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The spiral stalks grow in sparse patches that are flexible and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, crimson tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.

It is suitable for making baskets and the like
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
