Bronzeleaf Succulent
Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized leaf succulent grows up to 46 feet (14.0 meters) tall. The thick stem is copper, and is covered in brittle gold spines. The tattered-edged, broad, flat leaves are solid bronze with azure streaks. Large amounts of them grow from the base in alternating layers of 2, then 4, then 6, and so on. The leaves are tough, but take little effort to detach.
It is very fast growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with solid light brown petals and a magenta central disk grow at the top, reappearing once every 7 years. The flower head is shaped like a trumpet made up of 8 raised, round-tipped petals. It has a delicate scent that smells like lavender.
The leaf succulent's skin is nearly impenetrable, the caramel flesh is waxy, and the caramel sap is thin.
