Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This short, pink-red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, blue flower.
During the early summer, it produces very little pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of medium-sized grains.
