Ambergrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its stem)This modest-sized, amber or light grey grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in thick clumps that are rigid.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, ashy red spikelet.
During the late autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is very delicate and is easy to kill.
Several parts of the caudiciform have medicinal properties.
