Clinging Grass

This small, moss green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The thin stalks grow in thin clumps that are durable and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, brown tuft.

During the early autumn, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of giant grains.
