Cream Puff Grass

This short, cream and grey grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in thick clumps that are strong and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, yellow puff.

During the mid-autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of tiny grains.
