Hazel
Flower type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This large flower grows up to 4.0 feet (1.2 meters) tall. Its moss green stems grow in bunches of 4 and are very thick with a curved tip, and the giant, olive or florescent red leaves are pleated with serrated edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.
A single medium-sized flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 21 cm (8.3 inches) wide, with solid hazel petals decorated with sky blue lines and a red central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 40 petals. They fall easily.
It has a fairly strong scent that smells like musk, and it has an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator.
It can survive a very long time without water.
The leaves are bitter, but very healthy.
It is suitable for use as a construction material
